Zero Spread Forex Brokers - Spreads From Zero Plus A Commission Charge
Some Forex brokers can offer spreads which can be as low as 0. Normally, these spreads incur a commission charge, which is a cost added to any cost of the spread, thus the cost of a trade is not 0. They are also normally variable, that is they can move higher than zero. Zero spreads are usually available for the most liquid pairs, such as EUR/USD. Thus other pairs may have higher minimum spreads.
What is a commission charge ?
This is a charge in addition to the spread. It is usually charged on each side of the trade (that is, to open and to close the position). The charge is relative to the traded volume, thus the more traded, the higher the commission charge and vice versa. Some brokers may charge different commissions depending on the volume, thus the minimum charge may be for higher volume trading.
